About Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho
Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho (BGCSEI) is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, positive, and enriching environments for the youth of Pocatello and the surrounding region. Since launching in 2022, we have grown from a single after-school site into a thriving Club serving hundreds of young people every year.

Our Story
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho was built on the belief that every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow, and dream big. In 2022, a dedicated group of local leaders, parents, and philanthropists came together with a bold vision: to bring the proven Boys & Girls Club model to Pocatello.
Thanks to an extraordinary $200,000 anonymous donation, matched dollar-for-dollar through community fundraising. We launched our first after-school program at Syringa Elementary School. What began as 35 students in kindergarten through 5th grade has since grown into a nationally recognized nonprofit serving up to 100 kids each day across multiple locations.
