Andrea Gumm – Board Member, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho

Andrea Gumm is an East Idaho native who brings years of expertise in public affairs, strategic communications, and community engagement to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho Board of Directors.

She currently serves as Public Affairs Manager for Simplot AgriBusiness and previously spent nearly 14 years with The Langdon Group, where she led public involvement and consensus-building initiatives across the Intermountain West. Her work has touched communities throughout Idaho, making her a trusted voice in regional advocacy and stakeholder engagement.

Deeply rooted in the Southeast Idaho community, Andrea serves on multiple boards and committees across the state. As a proud mom of two boys, she understands firsthand the importance of safe, enriching environments for young people — a value that drives her dedication to the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, you’ll find Andrea and her family hiking, camping, fishing, and cheering at local sporting events.

Dr. Esther Ntuli – Board Member, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idah

Dr. Esther Ntuli is a faculty member in the College of Education at Idaho State University and a valued member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho Board of Directors.

Her academic expertise spans educational technology integration, curriculum development and instruction, assessment methodologies, teacher education, and early childhood education. Through her scholarly research and teaching, Dr. Ntuli actively contributes to the advancement of effective pedagogical practices and the meaningful use of technology in learning environments.

Her deep commitment to youth development and educational equity makes her an invaluable voice on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho board. Dr. Ntuli’s work at Idaho State University directly informs her understanding of how to prepare young people for success in school and in life.

Kelly Hirning – Board Member, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho

Kelly Hirning is a seasoned business leader and long-standing member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho Board of Directors. Since 1991, he has served as General Manager of Hirning Buick GMC, guiding one of Eastern Idaho’s most respected automotive institutions.

Before joining the family business, Kelly built a strong financial foundation as an Audit Manager with Deloitte in Phoenix and Denver, where he developed expertise in financial oversight and operational strategy. He is an alumnus of Idaho State University, where he earned his degree in Accounting.

Kelly is a dedicated advocate for regional economic development and education. He contributes his leadership across multiple organizations, including service on the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Board of Directors, the Idaho Department of Transportation’s Motor Vehicle Advisory Board, and the Idaho State University College of Business Advisory Board. His decades of experience and community investment make him a cornerstone of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho board.

Ali Khan – Board Member, Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho

Ali Khan is the Founder and CEO of MOATiT and a forward-thinking member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho Board of Directors. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and information systems, Ali has built a career dedicated to empowering organizations through advanced technology, enhanced security, and streamlined compliance.

MOATiT specializes in serving healthcare organizations with resilient, scalable digital solutions, helping providers navigate complex regulatory environments while improving the standard of patient care. As a Certified HIPAA Professional and recognized Security Compliance Specialist, Ali brings deep knowledge of infrastructure design, risk mitigation, and cloud-based data protection.

Ali attended Idaho State University and Liverpool John Moores University, studying Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics. His vision for technology-driven opportunity directly supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho’s goal of preparing young people for success in an increasingly digital world. Ali is a committed advocate for closing the digital divide and ensuring that every young person in Southeast Idaho can access the skills they need to thrive.
