Everything Parents Need to Know About Joining the Club

Welcome to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho!
Here you’ll find all the details about registration, orientation, fees, policies, and how to help your child make the most of their Club experience.

How to Register Your Child

Our after-school programs serve students in grades K–5 (including incoming 6th graders). Registration is open to all families in the community, no matter your school, background, or income level.

Here’s how the registration process works:

Submit a Registration Request

Complete the online registration form or visit one of our Club locations.

Attend a Parent Orientation Meeting

After receiving your request, our Program Director will contact you to schedule a Parent Orientation. Attendance is required before registration is approved.

Complete Required Forms

Parents must sign and return the following forms: Parent/Child Registration Information Form Parent Orientation Acknowledgement & Agreement Medical & Allergy Information Form (if applicable) Scholarship Application (optional)

Pay Monthly Program Fee

  • $50 per month, due the previous month
  • Scholarships available (partial or full assistance depending on eligibility)
  • $20 enrollment fee not covered by scholarship (One time payment)

Receive Confirmation

Once all forms are received and approved, families will get an email confirming their child’s membership and start date.  IT Support to create the training section of enrollment, following the enrolment guide

Our Clubs are closed whenever Syringa or Indian Hills Elementary are closed. Parents will be notified of any schedule changes via email or text alerts.

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

Affordable for Every Family

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Idaho are open to all families, cost should never be a barrier.

Partial scholarships are available based on need.

If you’ve received one in the past, please re-apply each school year.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Complete the Scholarship Application Form
  2. Provide supporting information (if requested)
  3. Submit with your registration packet
